Sam Pogue brings over 15 years of creative thinking, out-of-the-box problem-solving, and effective team management to her clients in the culinary, hospitality, and entertainment industries. While Sam began her career in music marketing and artist management, her passion for cooking and creating bespoke experiences guided her to the hospitality and event production industries over a decade ago; first with Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, and then to live events powerhouse C3 Presents, before launching paper to table in early 2016.
I am fiercely passionate about creating guest experiences with my clients that will uplift and inspire. As much as it’s about the finished project, it’s also about supporting the team throughout the process to build something that feels good from start to finish.
