A strong brand identity has a clear mission, vision, pillars…you name it. It’s all the things that evoke a feeling that connects the consumer or the client, to your brand and your business. And yet, somehow music is rarely considered part of the identity creation. I notice it most often in restaurants and bars, when you just know it’s whoever is working at the moment who is setting the tone. Sometimes you get lucky and it works. Most times, it’s a distraction.
